Anna's new haircut

Anna got a haircut today. She had very definate ideas on what it should be. She had picked out 6 pictures to show the hair dresser and told her it needed to have "style." She wouldn't even let me stay by her when she got it cut. I can only imagine what she was telling that poor lady. She is very impressed with the result. The other picture was taken a couple weeks ago. I've never checked on Anna when she was sleeping that Eeyore wasn't right there with her. I hope he (or she) never gets lost.

I'm just thrilled to see all the pics on the blog...I thought it was great to see your new appliances, Peter and Megan ---and it's much more exciting to see liittle Junior! I can already tell he's totally cute - and in three months we'll meet him in person :>)

We have some pics from Sarah's graduation, but your dad needs to put them into the computer yet, and then I'll post a few on the blog (but of course, it takes about half an hour to do that on our dial up connection, so I'll have to have a day with some spare time!)

I had a great time being with Abby over the weekend - I went to Sioux Falls for Friday and Saturday. Can you believe she and I shopped until 11:30 p.m. on Friday night! That's just not like either of us! But we had a good time, and it was wonderful to see Justin, Thomas and Anna again too. Now we're looking forward to vacation the last half of July! By the way, Abby's vegetable garden is pretty amazing...I told her to put a picture of it in this blog! Who'd have ever expected Abby to grow up to be such a gardener!?

Now I just made two rhubarb pies - your dad's request, and the last time I'll probably pick rhubarb this season...so that will probably be our supper (now that you kids aren't home, I guess we don't have to actually cover every food group at a meal...)

Peanut's Ultrasound Pics

Here are the ultrasound pictures taken at week 19. Today he is 27 weeks (the start of the 3rd trimester). We just bought a scanner today so that we can finally post these! Enjoy!!!

And here is the little guy with his hand next to his mouth. He might like to eat a lot like his daddy or suck his thumb.
