finally, here are some pictures from my new camera i got last week. it has been so fun to have a camera again! i hope everyone is doing well and still somewhat regularly check the blog spot. i will try to keep posting. below is my favorite graffiti work in minneapolis, some of our neighborhood kids and the flowering tree in our front yard (for mom). hope to talk to you all soon. matt

OK, I will try this one more time...I've written comments twice before but never could get the password right to actually post them. (And the reason I'm doing the comment instead of a direct post is that the blog won't let me sign in at all when I click the words in the top R corner...so if any of you have insight on how to fix that, let me know!)
But - what I want to say is ---great pics, Matt!! I'm so glad you have the camera again! Now I'm hoping to see more in the blog --- I still check it, and we are in SERIOUS need of people posting!! How about more pics - Thomas, Anna, Noah, remodeling projects, trips...yes, even flower gardens...I love to see them all. And pics of you all too. And if no pictures, how about just posting your thoughts or doings or whatever...
I'll add this since I probably told some of you, but can't remember if I told you all. Ben (your cousin) got a job teaching German history at the University of Northern Illinois, so he and Aleisha will be moving in August. It's near Chicago. It's a one year position, but he hopes it will open doors for other teaching jobs in that area, since Katie is close by (and Dave and Carol will move there at some point). They all plan to come to Lanesboro next year since they won't be so far away - Dave and Carol, Ben and Aleisha, and Katie, Casey, Joshua, and Katie junior (or whatever they name their new daughter, due in August). So that will be fun to add a new group :>)
Nothing new here - we had a WONDERFUL time in the Cities last weekend, and then in SF taking T and A back...we were pretty tired by Monday morning, but it was worth it. Now it's work-work-work to be ready to leave for vacation next Monday!
I won't write more for now, especially since I'm not really sure this will even post...but just want to say HI to all, and thanks to Matt for the pics.
