Clean bill of health

Noah had his first doctor appointment today and everything looks great. He still has a little jaundice and we just need to keep an eye on him to make sure it doesnt get worse. Also...Noah is finally breastfeeding successfully as of today. We went to the lactation counselor and he did great. Hopefully this means Megan can relax and not have to pump so much. Basically, Noah eats, sleeps, and poops a whole lot! (Just like Daddy). We both are so in love with our son and cant imagine life without him. Abby- we cant wait for you to meet your birthday sharing nephew!!!

And thanks grandma and grandpa for visiting this past weekend. It is so nice that all these wedding fell on the weekends following Noah's birth. It means a lot to us that you are able to watch him grow and change. Matt and Sarah- thanks for the support and love. Noah loves the book you gave him uncle matt. And Sarah- the winnie the pooh hat and stuffed bear are adorable. Thanks for everything!

Love you all,
Megan, Peter, Noah, and Toby

P.S. More recent pics to follow later

I had my study club here tonight and it was such fun...one thing, to sit in a clean house, but the other thing was to show off pics of my grandchildren...I had out the picture of Thomas and Anna at Rockport, plus their new school pictures, and, of course, a number of pics of Noah plus his birth announcement...so everyone got to admire my outstanding grandchildren...

Thanks for the update on Noah - I'm glad he's doing so well, and I just see both of you (Megan and Peter) so comfortable with him. He's a lucky boy to be in your home!

We had such a fun weekend - the wedding, a great Sunday brunch with a chance to meet more of Matt's housemates, visiting time with Sarah and Kojoe, and two visits with Noah (and his mom and dad)...only thing that could have made it better was to also see you and your family, Abby...but that will come again soon, I hope.

I'm sending out shower invitations tomorrow...so all girls that read this blog, mark the date for October 13 at 10 AM :>)

Have a great day, all of you. Love you, Mom
